Molly Rice – Owner
I have worked in the accounting field for 20+ years, many of those years were spent specifically in real estate accounting. The early years were spent at large corporate property management companies assisting with receivables and payables. After earning a degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2008 I moved my career to the public accounting sector where I spent 11 years as a Senior Auditor and tax specialist for many different types of companies, however focused heavily on real estate, low income housing, HUD and not-for-profit audits and tax. My growing family eventually led to the decision to leave public accounting and rejoin private where I have run the accounting for property management companies, non-for-profit organizations and done full scope bookkeeping and financial consulting for many businesses in the Denver Metro area. While my career has been heavily weighted with real estate accounting I am also versed in all types of accounting, from non-profit, service based as well as construction. I joined forces with SFH Bookkeeping in 2015 and eventually purchased the business in 2018. Its been my life long dream to run a business of my own and I am overjoyed to have the opportunity to work with all my clients.
When I am not focusing on business I am a busy mom of two boys, aged 8 and 6. I enjoy DIY projects, my garden and as much camping I can get in with my family. Work-life balance is an important value of mine and I love to work with like-minded individuals who recognize the importance of both.
